PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All sets are handmade to order; processing time is usually 5 to 7 business days. Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your package is dropped off with the carrier, shipping delays or lost packages are the carrier’s responsibility.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of press-on nails (cosmetic, custom, and hygienic items), all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless there is a proven defect on arrival. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES

Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After work has begun on your set, cancellations are no longer possible.
